Conference Room Info

• Executive Board Room available for meetings with view of runway. Includes:  11 swivel rockers surrounding large conference table, 18 side chairs. Equipment available:  two banquet tables, portable podium, telephone, projector and TV/VCR
• Small conference room includes conference table with 8 chairs. 
• EVV provides use of the Board and Conference room at the airport as a service to the community. The conference rooms are not to be used for fund raising or to solicit business. Reservations for these rooms are to be made through the airport’s administrative office at (812) 421-4401.  
• Refreshments:  Can be made available through Meals and More restaurant (812) 423-1113.  Ordering and payment of food and beverages from the restaurant will be the responsibility of the person(s) using the conference rooms. Upon request a server will bring menus and will serve. Arrangements may be made prior to meeting date.
• Business services:  copies can be made in the Airport Administrative Office at a cost of fifty cents ($.50) per page.  A fax machine is available in the Airport Administrative Office and may be used to send or receive a fax at the cost of $1.00 per page.
